Are you tired of the mid-afternoon crash and suspect you might have a bit of a “sugar problem”?  Do you have a spare tire slowly growing around the middle? Are you starting to see the signs of a slowing metabolism?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the January Jumpstart is perfect for you!

What is the Jumpstart Program?

  • Start out 2012 by focusing on you!  Only when you are strong, fit and healthy will you have the energy to do your best work and take care of those you love.  We will work together to improve your health & fitness, and give you the tools you need to carry it into the rest of 2012!
  • Kick the sugar habit once and for all.  During the 6 weeks, you will learn about nutrition and how to eat so that you eliminate sugar cravings by getting control of your blood sugar, and tell your body that it is OK to release fat!
  • Don't we all want to have more energy, get sick less, lose weight, drop that extra fat around the middle?  Plus, how about stopping those afternoon sugar crashes and dashes to the vending machine?  Sounds great, doesn't it?
  • Enjoy greater strength & flexibility, embrace outdoor winter activities, and see improvements in yourself week after week!
  • Your Saturday morning workouts will be a combination of circuit training & core strengthening - best of both worlds for fat loss!

Who should join us?

You and any friends or family who want to learn about healthy eating and maintaining your weight without ever dieting.  The more support you have, the better.

Why do I have to take the vitamins?

Vitamins are a super important part in the healing process of your cells.  If you have a sugar addiction, your cells are likely damaged and need to heal in order to begin to release unwanted fat.

What if I am allergic to gluten?

No problem, we can customize your RESET kit with USANA's gluten-free vanilla and chocolate whey shakes & peanut butter crunch bars.

Is this program right for me if I want to lose more than 10 pounds?

By all means, YES!  This is the perfect eating plan that is totally maintainable for life without ever dieting or counting calories.  For an additional cost of only $99, you can sign up for the Extra Weight Loss Plan when you register.  For 4 weeks after RESET, you will replace two meals/day (instead of just one) with our delicious nutritional shakes.

We have clients lose over 50 pounds by staying on this 2 shake/day and supplements plan for longer than the 4 weeks.

How hard is the workout?

As hard as you want it to be.  We provide the motivation, instruction, and kick-butt workout, and it is up to you to do it!  Anyone can do it.  Modifications are always made for someone who has limitations, whether they are de-conditioned or injured.  

Will I be hungry during the 5-day RESET cleanse?

Absolutely NOT! The 5 day RESET is based on not letting yourself be hungry and keeping your blood sugar stable.  You will be able to eat all of the veggies that you want and one serving of fruit each day, in addition to the delicious shakes and bars.  The shakes are really quite filling!  You will also drink lots of nourishing water.
